Your 60 Second Challenge: Catch and Clap
How many times can you throw a ball up, clap once and catch it in 60 seconds?
Can you combine the 'catch and clap' with the 'wall ball' from last week but alternating the two skills: catch and clap, wall and catch (and repeat). Children can build up a rhythm as they combine the two tasks.
