Let's Get Moving!
As you all know, keeping active is so important for everyone and it is possibly more important than ever to keep active at this challenging time. It's amazing for our physical health but also extremely beneficial for our mental health. We need to make sure we are looking after both. We both love spending time outside as it helps us to keep positive and also gives us an opportunity to explore our local area!
We have decided to make an exercise section on our class website to try and encourage all of Yellow class to do some form of exercise every single day. This can be a variety of things and we would love to see you keeping active by uploading photos and/or videos to Class Dojo. We know that you all love PE in Yellow class and enjoy being active and being out in the fresh air so we are confident you will be continuing this at home. We can't wait to see what you have been getting up to.
